Ensuring everyone is working safely on site. Recording daily site activities. Ensuring the trades are working efficiently.
I have gained a huge amount of confidence. Developed on my people skills and knowledge on the technical aspect of my role.
I enjoy my role and I am supported by my team who want to see me progress.
The programme is fairly clear. University / College is down to the individual to complete. The Mace apprenticeship is individual to each job role.
I receive a lot of support from my site team. Whenever needed i am always able to reach out to the apprenticeship team as well.
The college are very helpful and supportive when ever i need it.
My course helps me with the technical aspect of my role.
