Split 50/50 working roadside, fixing vehicles, managing patrols, HR requests, payroll queries, contravention queries, claims, complaints, van management, liasing between patrols and management, dealing with external customers, H&S accident investigations and near miss investigations, engagement, multi departmental meetings
Only new into this apprenticeship but have developed some techniques for focusing on and delegating tasks.
Less than one month into this program but it is enjoyable so far.
Course seems to be well organised but the communication seems to let it down.
The business have committed to allowing us the time to do this program. My line manager is happy to allow me to put the time where I see fit to allow me to complete.
Support has been good so far but only one month in.
It has allowed me to realise that different people learn and communicate in very different ways.
I think that there is things like this but being a remote worker this is difficult.

I think they are a great and supportive company to work for.
Make sure you know the history and heritage of the business, we are very proud of it.
