I enjoyed the programme a lot, a relaxed environment which suits me better and given the independence to develop and better myself.
Some parts of the programme don't exactly relate to the work we carry out day to day, however it's still useful to have extra knowledge incase you ever come across it.
Complete support from BT as a whole

Some parts of the qualification are not quite related to the work we carry out but all the training and shadowing I've done is enough to perform better in my role.
