Speak with customers on a day to day basis, answering their queries and progressing their applications where needed.
I have developed new skills but also developed existing skills around becoming an MA from the apprenticeship I completed.
I enjoyed the interactive with the others on the same journey, I loved the support from my coach and the level of training provided.
It was really well organised, it was the first one so the structure of the exams etc could've been more spaced out but this was taken on board and a 3m extension was added.

My training provider and the coach they assigned provided enough support when completing my exams and working towards my qualifications
It allows me to understand more around the mortgage process past my standard role and allows more opportunities for me.

It's a supportive company to work for, lots of benefits and incentives to further progression.
Have an open mind when in a certain role, you can definitely branch out within Nationwide for future progressions rather than staying in that one role to begin with.
