Senior manager of a specialist team of approx 10 managers/assistant managers. Lead the response to major incidents as well as the development of plans and preparedness to risk and threats within and external to the organisation.
New and development of existing skills such as personal effectiveness - awareness of self and others. Leadership styles, leading through others, coaching and mentoring skills. Managing key resources, i.e. HR practices. Organisational strategy, products/services and marketing strategy.
Thoroughly enjoy programme, it is teaching me a great deal from theory to practice.
Very well organised, a three year study programme with dates of workshops, submissions and events provided during induction. Tutor and lecturer support has been fantastic at Henley.
Employer is very supportive, checks in and ensures sufficient time is dedicated to support study and course requirements.

Absolutely, understanding the knowledge and being able to apply within the workplace is essential to embed the learning and growing in my role and career.
There are many events run at work, these included networking events, social and physical exercise events, craft and music rooms, a variety of network group activities to engage in, roadshows and demos! It’s fantastic!
