Its great to learn and gain knowledge on engineering.
My apprenticeship is well structured at work. I have a set plan of goals to reach.
My manager is there to guide and support when needed and is helpful when I may have questions regarding my apprenticeship and my jobs at work.
I ask for help from tutors at my training provider to get the best result possible. More support/ teaching should be provided.
My qualifications have help me understand the workings of engineering, such as drawings and CAM.
There are opportunities to be involved in group activities at work, such as a cycling group.
Yes
Cummins has helped me gain knowledge and skill with communication, decision making, solo projects and engineering which i can apply to both my job and outside work.
