I handle 7 Global Service Integrators within the UK@I market, for business developed, marketing, sales and technical topics within IBM’s sustainability software
Sales, marketing, project management, finance, lots of soft skills
I enjoy it a lot I learn a lot while also been given a lot of experience within my role leading half of the GSI’ within my the sustainability software team
I think it’s sometimes confusing what I’m doing at the current estate and sometimes is confusing where to find what I need, but typically very good
I receive a lot of support from my employer with them having dedicated people to support me in my journey
I get a lot of support from my tutor, he is very responsive and always give me direct and honest reviews
A lot it’s given me a lot of relevant theories which I try within my role, I don’t always keep using it but I typically can adapt this to fit me and my role better
There is a lot of giveback, cricket games, regatta, and networking events within my role and uni group
Yes
I don’t think there is a flaw with IBM scheme they are dedicated to their Apprentices and give them the best experience possible
