I test financial controls on an annual cycle to provide comfort there are no errors affecting the financial statements
I have learnt skills through different skills days during my apprenticeship
I enjoy it on most days when i am learning something
My programme is organised but i would say it is very long winded. I would prefer the programme to be shortened as i feel i could complete the 4 course modules in less time than 14 months when the courses are only spread out each one over a few weeks. The course times are laid out well as they are a couple of days a week ensuring not too take in too much information at once.
I receive a lot of support, my manager and study contacts are there if i need them for anything. I also get time off work to attend study courses.
I receive a lot of support. Each course i attend the tutor is on hand to answer any queries outside the classroom and provide 1-2-1 tutor sessions if i am struggling with anything. My skills coach is also on hand when i require anything.
I feel like my course helps me to understand the reason i do things however, I don't work specifically in an accounting role but this will help me to move forward with my career.
Yes - There are networking events held and running clubs etc you can join. My teams have a social event each Quatre
Yes
I feel supported it what i do and have flexibility. Lots of opportunities to progress.
Look into the interview process as they are points based on how you answer and not what you are capable of doing
