Supplying parts to engineers, packing orders, storing goods, transporting goods and helping locate parts.
I have much better communication and social skills since beginning my apprenticeship due to the events hosted by the company that encourage you to speak to others.
I enjoy my job as it has provided me with new experiences I haven’t had access to before. British airways frequently encourages you to participate in events that are being held.
The programme hasn’t been very well mapped out with frequent miscommunication between different areas of work which often leaves apprentices in confusion.
Additional support is always required if needed.
Training provider gives regular meetings and offers help to explain set work.
Work for qualification is very very loosely centred around my day to day role.
Constant events are ran for both charity and team building.
