Client Reporting Administrator Review

I work as a Client Reporting Administrator in the Internal Clients team. My daily tasks include facilitating cash transfers, checking data and reports for any errors and dealing with client queries. On a monthly and quarterly basis I also help with building investment reports, calculating management fees and doing asset transfers.

I am currently studying towards the CISI Investment Operations Certificate

I've really been enjoying the apprenticeship programme. Everyone who I work with has been lovely and incredibly supportive in my work.

Everything has been very well structured so I've never felt out of the loop or like I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing.

There is always things going on to meet new people around. They have a sports and social society that organises company wide events, there are team build events and activities within departments and annual Christmas and Summer parties
