My role is floor team leader, it is my job to make sure that floor is up to brand standards and the shift is running smoothly making sure everyone is trained and know what they are doing.
Delegating, eisenhower matrix, customer profiles, leadership styles.
I enjoy doing the apprenticeship, I have learnt a lot during this process about how to be a better leader.
Very organised, it’s clear to see what work is due/overdue, your progress etc.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, any questions I have get answered and if I need to be shown again there is no hesitation.
A lot of support. Always available if I need to message or call, very supportive and friendly, eases my experience.
I feel that this qualification helps me perform better in my role because it boosts my knowledge and my confidence.

I feel that Greene king is a welcoming and friendly atmosphere we always put the customers first and work well as a team.
Very hands on job, can be physically and mentally exhausting but the good outweighs the bad. Continuous professional development.
