I am a deputy manager at Corner Cottage, part of Apple House. I lead the team to support our residents in a person centred way.
Yes, I have gained a lot of new knowledge with my NVQ level 5 course I am doing. Especially the legislation and management theories
I enjoy it very much and very motivated to get my qualification at the end
