  • I am a deputy manager at Corner Cottage, part of Apple House. I lead the team to support our residents in a person centred way.

  • Yes, I have gained a lot of new knowledge with my NVQ level 5 course I am doing. Especially the legislation and management theories

  • I enjoy it very much and very motivated to get my qualification at the end

  • Very, my tutor is very organised and we stick to our meetings

  • A lot, they give me the time to do my work and time away to speak with my tutor monthly

  • My manager has been very happy and relaying his own experiences that helps me with my course
