Personal care, oral hygiene, documentation, continence care, repositioning, cleaning, assist/ monitor hydration and nutrition, medication, leading shifts, care plan reviews and updates
I have learnt a lot more about legislation in relation to work. This has helped me to improve my practice
I have now complete but it was interesting to look into more information relevant to my job which I could share with others and feel more confident within my role
I had my own account which was layed out to get through different opponents within certain days. My learning coach was easy to contact and would reply as soon as possible. I was able to see my development on my account
My manager is brilliant and is always willing to support us with any struggles
My trainer pushed me to be the best I could be
