Reviewing Future Volume forecasts and what adjustments would be needed in Network Capacity. This requires modelling of capacity, throughputs and transit distances.
My technical proficiency with data has improved allowing me to work smarter.
The programme is challenging me to enhance my data skills. I am enjoying the chance to learn new skills that help my work effciency.

The apprenticeship benefits employee and employer. I am learning data skills I can apply in my job that improves my work efficiency. I am granted release time to learn the skills, knowing I can then apply them back in my role performing at enhanced productivity.
One month in I have a clear guide on what is required from me going forward each month. the course material has clarity but is detailed. I know where the support is to tackle challenges that might occur.
