  • The programme is challenging me to enhance my data skills. I am enjoying the chance to learn new skills that help my work effciency.

  • Detailed on-boarding programme that explains the 3 x support areas or Skills Tutor, Programme Coach and Technical mentor. Clear programme guide/route map explaining content each month.

  • The apprenticeship benefits employee and employer. I am learning data skills I can apply in my job that improves my work efficiency. I am granted release time to learn the skills, knowing I can then apply them back in my role performing at enhanced productivity.

  • One month in I have a clear guide on what is required from me going forward each month. the course material has clarity but is detailed. I know where the support is to tackle challenges that might occur.
