My current role is working in digital services where I am responsible for managing updates to the site whilst the site is in the process of getting restructured to make it easier to navigate and only have relevant documents within it.
I have greatly improved my networking skills during my time here at AstraZeneca and built a network of individuals all over the world in different departments. We are pushed to keep learning and there are many courses that I have participated in.
I very much enjoy my programme and would recommend it to anyone thinking of doing a degree apprenticeship.
My programme is well structured
Receive as much support as I require
My training provider is good at providing support in the forms of extra help 1:1 and always available to answer questions.

Yes
The network of apprentices here are always happy to help each other whenever you need it. The company stays true to its values and makes you feel like you are making a difference
