I make sure the branch is balanced from the day before, work with cash handling, registering bereavements and POA's, complete savings appointments and open savings account. Order cash collections, service ATM's, help train other staff, complete training myself. Help with completing and logging complaints/feedback.
I have learnt many new skills and developed a lot of already existing skills, but I would have hoped for more
I had a great tutor and was given the time to study, however, was relied upon to come to branch on some of those days in order to help which did have an impact
The program was well structured and I really enjoyed it. But, once it was complete, there was nothing further offered by Nationwide to continue to progress
I was give study time, but as mentioned before, I was relied upon to help in branch on some of those days also.
If i had any questions my tutor was always very helpful, quick responses and very clear.
I dont feel what I did was all that specific to what I do on a day to day basis, I think it over qualifies me for the role I am in now
There isnt any
Yes
The people in branch and that I work with are really good
I think its a great place to work and they do care about improving things, so apply if you want to work for somewhere that cares
