My role involves supporting service user to go out in the community and enjoy social activities as well as taking them to various appointments such as their GP appointment, Dental appointment, educational appointment, etc. I also assist with medication, and serve as a key worker for the service user.
Listening and communication skills, learn how to engage in reflective practice, how to prevent data breaches.
Very engaging, I feel I am now more knowledgeable in carrying my duties.
The ability to see set task, overdue task, unassigned task and ability to track my progress makes the experience remarkable.

Great support from Paragon Education and Skills Limited, Tutors are experienced and are willing and ready to provide the necessary support I need, timely response to emails and calls, with great knowledge on the available resources to help me improve such as workshops on different modules, Their guidance and support has been excellent.
I have learnt a lot so far, listening and communication skills has greatly improved, maintaining eye contact and using gestures while speaking to service users have yielded positive results. I feel well equipped to carry out my duties.
We usually have a get together once in a while and go bowling some times.
