I have a group of 15 key children who i must complete an observation for each child every week, I engage with the children each day and set out activities in line with their current interests and relating to their next steps in order to help them develop and grow in independence
i have learned how to write observations and set next steps for all fifteenth of my key children, i have learned how to correctly fill out accident forms and medicine forms, ensuring the safety of all children in our care
i am enjoying my programme and feel supported with all aspects of it
it is well structured and organized and i feel very supported
i feel very supported by my employer and know that i can always go to them if i need help or have any concerns
i feel supported by my training provider but may benefit from more face to face contact and interaction
as i progress through my qualification i gain more knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, i also gain experience through my daily activities and role in the room
