Provide outstanding childcare services, looking after children wellbeing and hygiene. Support healthcare and safeguard them while we look after their development in the seven areas of learning.
Yes, I have been developing my confidence on class management and communication in English.
I enjoy the support my tutor gives to me, she is very positive and always give me feedback on my progress and highlight what I still need to improve. The apprenticeship provide online platform is also very helpful and easy to use what gives me the tools I need to learn.
It is well organised and my tutor gives me the support to understand better as well.
I think the support to apprentices in childcare should be better as we don't have always the time we need to our programme due to be under staffed.
My training provider is very reliable and very supportive when I need.
I feel the training I am getting through my apprenticeship has given me so much confidence in my role, the visits and all the support I receive from my tutor and all the information I get from my provider made me become a better professional in my workplace.
