I work in the People function working on the full lifecycle of contingent workforce. Starting at onboarding through to offboarding.
I have gain more in-depth knowledge of the business and how my actions impact and support with Business goal, i have gain new skill and knowledge in different areas of HR.
There are highs and lows, the course does require more work and ability to build knowledge which is what I love doing.
There have been a few miscommunications with the provider, and changes to processes which have caused confusion.
My manager have been very supportive, She has provided time to work and learning.
I attend regular 1:1's with my coach and they have webinar to support the learning
widens my knowledge, I am looking at processes and task differently which allows me to stretch myself in my role.
yes, there are a wide variety of networks from working families, disability networks to channels for dog lovers. We hold department networking session, knowledge and engagement session where we can learn new skills and about other Teams roles and goals,

I have worked with Nationwide for 10years, I have built strong relationships, challenged myself and developed new skills. I have always felt supported and encouraged both relating to work and personal life.
