I manage rosters for about 130 people, I manage their shifts and make sure they are compliant withing their roles, manage their holiday bookings, training and medical bookings.
I have developed people skills like communication and am better able to tell which way of communication to use when, planning has become more structured and I've acquired tools that help me training colleagues.
This programme has been very useful for me and I use tools learned on daily basis
I'd say quite well as I have planned meetings with my tutor as well as online trackers that help me keep on track, the modules are well structured and contain all info needed to support me.
My manager helps me with advice and finding required info and is an emotional support but finding time off work to learn is not easy.
My tutor provides continuous support and I feel I can call him any time if I have any questions
I have better understanding about my personality and have more awareness of others which helps me at work
I recently attended International Women's day event and have attended Inclusivity course.
Yes
Because of how easy my tutor makes it for me.
Think out of the box and don't be afraid to ask questions. Your tutor is there to support you.
