Working on different types of accounts and constantly learning, making mistakes along the way but developing my skills in the profession with the help of my colleagues assisting me to improve.
I have developed a lot of new and existing skills throughout this year of the program. The main one is communication, I struggled at the start because typically I am quite a quiet person but I am slowly coming out of my shell. My IT skills have also benefited by working constantly with new technology developing my portfolio.
I would say I enjoy it, but there is quite a bit of stress on you performance and personality so it requires you to give it 100% every day.
The programme is structured well, a set plan for the courses you take in College and training while on the job to help you learn and understand what you are doing and progress.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer, its not full so you can just sit there laid back, they give you the essential skills you need to work and if you stuck they will help as it is better to learn by making mistakes.
I believe I receive a very good amount of support from them offering support at work to learn my college work with them to them providing the full course free of charge allowing you to achieve your goals
I believe that the qualification has helped me understand the work I am doing more and as time goes on and I do more courses it will allow me to develop at a quicker rate and learn new skills to complete jobs.
There are a few but the ones I know of are for cultural reasons such as Ramadan and breaking the fast.

It is a tough job and to be able to do it you need a passion and to be consistent.
Only do it if this is what you really want to do as it is a hard job where you have to give it all, but in the end the rewards will be worth it.
