In my role as a sales support I'm assisting account managers on a daily in quoting products up and find products and getting quotes from our distributors.
In my role I have to be very organized so I have definitely developed that skill.
I have been really enjoying it so far.
The programme is well organized with constant update and support if needed.
Lot's of support from my apprentice manager down to people in my team I have a great support system.
I receive lot's of support if I ever have any problems or quires there always there to support.
I feel like it has helped me get a better understanding of products in IT.
At Softcat community is massive with many different extra-curricular things for staff to get involved in.
