The role consists of targeting new accounts, prospecting business and working to build relationships further with existing customers. We also work with our vendors to provide the best solution for the customer.
My industry knowledge has definitely increased as well as as my confidence when speaking to customers around our offerings
I enjoy the culture of the company and the people I work around. We are taught frequently on relevant things in the industry to keep us ahead.
Very well organised, between Firebrand and Softcat all basis are covered to meet my apprentice standard as well as progressing in my role.
I get a lot of support in my role from my mentor, manager, team and people in the business.
A lot we have bi-weekly reviews and then longer meetings once a month to go over the apprenticeship and my progression as a whole
