I am part of the reactive and planned civils team delivery maintenance and planned work for our client in the south west.The day to day consists of site meetings,pricing of jobs,completion of paper work and investigation work.
i have developed my teamwork skills,communication skills and problem solving skills
I really enjoy my programme ,i am supported very well by my colleagues and the emerging talent team at kier
It is very well organised and you are guided through the programme very well
i receive alot of support in my work and university studies
i receive quite a bit of support
It allows me to better understand the theory behind some of the practical work we complete on site.
We have regular calls about different topics such as how to handle work life balance and Ceo call etc

As its a very supportive company and welcomes you into the role really well,they also help you develop your self and personal skills
Express yourself and show who you are. Kier is about great people and even if you dont think you have the required skills now there is always a chance to develop once you have joined
