My role is helping customers with their everyday banking but also seeking opportunities to make them better of financially by reviewing their savings.
I have learned a lot so far from the first part of my apprenticeship which was through LIBF. This has helped me have better, richer conversations with customers and also help develop my team.
I really enjoyed learning the new things I did through LIBF. The second part that is through BPP has made me feel a little lost in the system though, its not as structured or clear.
