I work as support worker in voyage care. This apprenticeship has given me theoretically knowledge which helps to understand about my job role. This apprenticeship has increased self confidence in my work place.

The mentor is helpful and discuss the courses plans . I am enjoying my apprenticeship.

Start the work with contracts which will help. There are lots of offer to learn and understand regarding upgrading themselves.
