Team leader, providing care for residents.
I improved all my skills I had before I started my apprenticeship: communicating with service users, their families, colleagues and other professionals; person centered approach, Assisting residents with high risk of choke.
I was very happy with program, that covered variety of topics. I was assisted with highly qualified assessor, who was ready to help with any problems or doubts I met.
I was happy with organization of the programm.
I was supported by my employer. They were always opened and ready to help.
I was very lucky with my trainer, she was always supportive, ready to help with individual approach to me. I had very hard time in my family life during my apprenticeship, but with huge support of my coach (including psychological) I overcome all and finished with distinction.
I started the apprenticeship when I was already doing the team leader job. I knew the practical part, however, the course helped me to reflect on my role and implement some theoretical aspects in every day work.
I took part in organizing parties for residents and their families( for ex. Christmas, Halloween), I contributed to summer feet where we invited our neighbors from the community.
