my role is an apprentice level 3 practitioner this involves taking care, educating and safeguarding children
my skills are still developing however so far I have learnt how to report any safeguarding issues, I have also done my first aid training
I find my programme fairly easy I'm not over run with loads of course work I'm set a unit and once ive completed it we discuss it and move on when I'm ready, it doesn't make me feel stressed and I know if I need anything my assessor can assist me
very well organised I always feel supported and never feel like I can't email or message my assessor if I'm stuck or need help
I receive all of the support I need from my managers and room leader they are always there if I need help with any of my work
I receive all the support I need, all of the criteria is provided for me to follow and access at anytime I need it
my training helps me to perform better as I'm being supported to learn all the knowledge I need to know so that I don't feel lost at work and I feel that my understanding has developed so much more since starting my qualification
