My day to day consists of me working on the shop floor and on the tills and some off floor work for the apprenticeship work.
I have learnt how to be more confident when talking to people and understand why what I’m doing is important.
I enjoy being with and around people all day.
It is very well organised which makes it easy to stay on top of.
I get support from everyone I work with everyone is very helpful.
As much support as I could need and I have created a good relationship with my apprenticeship manager.
It helps me and people around me a lot because I have a better understanding of how things work and why they work the way they do. So I can also pass on my knowledge.

I would recommend it because we have a great team and all work well together.
If you have questions just ask people around you and as far as customers go kill them with kindness
