I work as a corporate sales support. My day consists of building quotes via sales logix. Finding suitable products with the best prices. And supporting AM's on there start to end sales process.
I have learned more writing skills e.g how to format a email to a customer. I have a also learned more customer excellent skills and sales skills in general.
I do enjoy the apprenticeship and think its a really goof opportunity. However, I am excited to move into a permanent full time sales role without apprenticeship work.
Yes
I believe softcat has helped me develop a range of skills. Everyone at softcat is very supportive and helpful and I believe its a great place to work.
To make sure they do lots of prep for the interview, make sure to be confident and ask questions. Be professional.
