  • My role is to manage a team of managers and crew. I support HR issues, scheduling and general operations of the restaurant.

  • Yes, I have learned many new time management techniques and become a better leader.

  • I really enjoy my apprenticeship. I just wish I could be in a role where I am included in all HR decisions.

  • It is structured well, I am concerned that some of my work that is completed hasn’t been marked yet but is now submitted as overdue although I done my work at least a week before due.
