My role is to manage a team of managers and crew. I support HR issues, scheduling and general operations of the restaurant.
Yes, I have learned many new time management techniques and become a better leader.
I really enjoy my apprenticeship. I just wish I could be in a role where I am included in all HR decisions.
It is structured well, I am concerned that some of my work that is completed hasn’t been marked yet but is now submitted as overdue although I done my work at least a week before due.
I receive some support. It could be better.
I have not had any contact with any of the training providers.
I feel it will help me become an even better leader and it will support me in finding my future career.
