Service Delivery Associates act as a primary point of contact for all external and internal customers with any service-related needs. I support the customer journey for the Managed Print Service from onboarding through to renewal by providing essential engagement back to customers at pivotal points. • Internally I am available to all teams across Softcat with any service-related queries and documentation. • Externally I provide support to customers transitioning into the service and throughout the service term.

I do enjoy learning new skills and tips and tricks this program covers. I think we're my enjoyment faces slightly is with the balance and motivation to work through the modules. Once I get going it's fine but its the initial start each week that I find hard.
The program is very well organised and structured. There are specific modules that need completing each week and that helps with managing the daily tasks against the the studying. The structure is clear and I know what I need to complete by which date.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and line manager, they are super understanding and supportive of the time I need to block out to complete the weeks assignments.
I receive a lot of support and encouragement from Corndel, they guide me and offer suggestions and tips to ensure the KSB's are hit. I feel like Corndel are really helping me to succeed and obtain this qualification.
I think that I have been able to apply all the new skills I've learnt in Excel to my work which has really helped me progress and get involved with side projects where I can apply my skills.
