  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a staff member in restaurant. I am a waitress and sometimes I bartend. I make sure the customer is put at the heart of the service with everything that we do. From making sure the food goes out looking like the spec, or serving the perfect drinks, it is a very enjoyable role.
