I am a staff member in restaurant. I am a waitress and sometimes I bartend. I make sure the customer is put at the heart of the service with everything that we do. From making sure the food goes out looking like the spec, or serving the perfect drinks, it is a very enjoyable role.
Yes, I am constantly learning new things about the business and the customers. How to work better with my colleagues. How to be more sociable. It has definitely improved my confidence in my day to day life and I am very grateful for this opportunity to improve myself, be a better version.
I love learning new things about my job role and hospitality in general. I also enjoy learning more English and mathematics.
It is very well organised. I appreciate the fact that it doesn't get overwhelming and I receive enough time and support to complete my tasks.
My manager is helping me out if there is anything I need.
Theyre fantastic, they are always there with good advice and knowledge. She is a very good mentor.
Definitely improving what I already knew.
Sometimes one of my managers is organising charity events.
