Yes, TGB has a strong culture of development and improvement. I've learnt so many skills specific to HR plus more like project management, Power BI and AI Data Warehouses.
It has taught me a lot of the core knowledge needed to work in the profession, including key employment law.
There is so much to get involved in, we have a whole club dedicated to sports and social who run loads of actives from ski trips, to games nights, football and netball teams, plus an onsite wellness ambassador who runs regular wellness classes.
