Irwin Mitchell has been incredibly supportive during my apprenticeship. They ensure that I have my weekly study day and if this has to move because of client needs / meetings etc. there is flexibility to take my study day another day. My colleagues have also been very supportive around particularly busy periods, such as exam periods, by reallocating tasks etc.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Irwin Mitchell?

Irwin Mitchell can be a great place to work, with really supportive colleagues who go above and beyond to support one another. I would say be willing to help in any way and support and you will reap the benefits threefold.
