I love my job as a member representative however I feel as though I am never given enough time to complete my studies, I am concerned about falling behind.
I have learned about regulations relating to banking and data protection.
I love my training coach, she is a great rolemodel however I feel as though due to staffing levels it has affected my ability to enjoy the programme
Sadly due to staffing levels it is impossible to get my allocated time.
In terms of support I feel as though the higher ups and Nationwide moved me to a smaller branch with less staff which really impacts my ability to get work completed on time.
As mentioned previously, I cannot fault Tess, she is so kind and supportive and a really great leader.
I feel as though my career progression with both experience and a qualification under my belt with further help my future career prospects.
