    • The group session are great as it helps working with other apprentices that's in the same position as you.

    • The lifetime website gives you a time frame and shows you where your at.

    • I've transferred whilst I was on the apprenticeship program so I haven't received much support from my employer

    • Whenever I need support she's always there to help and she's helped me to get on top of tasks that I was behind on.

    • She's happy to listen to any problems I have with my role and offers me advice on how I could approach the situation.

    • The qualification you receive at the end can lead to so many opportunities. The learning also helps you with you job role.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread?

    • Stay on top of your e-learning and off the job training hours and if you need support the coaches and managers are there to help you
