basically supervising each shift and managing the team running the bar , restaurant and reception . Completing daily task such as co pilot jobs , forecast keeping on top of schedule hours and making sure the hotel is running efficiently and safely.
I have learnt in most departments starting off as just receptionist to learning to work in the kitchen and and bar to running and leading a team as duty manager.
I do enjoy but I have fount it harder due to having to take my maths
I get big support and engagement especially when I feel stressed and finding it hard

A lot I have found it a big help especially with having our monthly sessions where we can hav the morning to sit and learn and support each other
Not quite sure I have learnt some new things from the tasks on here
We do and it’s nice to see everyone outside of wrk so we can have fun and enjoy time out
