Running the shift and directing team. Lone working.
I have become confident in speaking to strangers and learning how to make there experience special. I have gained managerial experience.
I enjoy learning new things it keeps my brain ticking. I just hate doing the maths exams.
We had some problems at first with being put on the wrong corse. Then being told I didn't need to sit a math exam but then having to sit it due to error when being signed up. We got on track but lost alot of time. I like the odea I can just crack on in my own time log on as and when I want.
As much or as little as needed.
Very supportive in getting results
Gives you the management knowledge to progress
Yes we enjoy a gathering but I work alot of weekends so it's manly to daytime workers that can go. Would be nice for more fun social events as a team
