i’m a hgv mechaninc apprentice and it involves learning how to fix/repair trucks within a timely matter. it also involves having good communication with work colleagues and always trying my best at everything. i get to work, clean up, pick up a job and do my best to finish it within the time period
yes, im more confident with talking to customers as well as colleagues. my work mates are always willing to help out when they can. i am constantly learning about the mechanical side of trucks and also cars and vans.
this is the best job i’ve had so far and i enjoy every bit of it. the people i work with are great, my bosses always look after the apprentices and make sure they are receiving the attention they need
pretty good. i go down to bristol college every 2 weeks to learn.
a lot, i think motus offer the best support for all apprentices and if we have a question they are always willing to answer and help us out.
college is ok, i wish there was more tutors to teach the students but it’s still working out ok the way it is. we get to go in the workshop one week then theory the next so we are getting 2 types of learning.
well i’m learning on how to fix trucks at college and im trying to become a truck mechanic so it helps alot
yes of course. motus like to go round schools and teach the younger generation about the apprenticeship.
Yes
because in my opinion, they offer the best apprenticeship in this category.
just make sure they go for it and don’t hold back. say the things the employer wants to hear and just try your best at everything
