Supporting young people in or leaving care to gain essential life skills.
I have improved on a lot of skills I already had to support the young people.
The programme is enjoyable and educational. I started the programme after starting the role so had some experience and the beginning of the course is basic for someone who is already in the role.
The programme is very well organised and structured. Date restrictions are realistic and achievable.

The Peer Support qualification is applicable to my role so will continue to improve the skills I have.

My experience with Paragon has been nothing but positive and Nicky is always at the end of an email if needed.
Be patient with the course. It starts simple but can become quite challenging when you get through the beginning.
