    • I have improved my English and maths skills and my aviation knowledge. Became an expert at manual handling

    • I enjoy the work environment and culture.

    • The plan for the program was good at the start however it became disorganised towards the end of the program.

    • Can be inconstant at times but the overall teachers are engaging.

    • You don’t really need to have this role it just enhances your knowledge on the areas of the tasks.

    • Yes these are great to take part in however it requires engagement with management.
