As an Accounting Assistant at Crowe LLP, I handle financial data entry, invoice processing, reconciliation, and assist auditors. My role involves maintaining the accounts and tax, communicating professionally, and tackling ad hoc tasks. The supportive culture at Crowe LLP makes this role fulfilling.
Yes, the most important ones being making calculated judgements and attention to minute detail. My communication has also improved.

Yes, we have football every week almost. We do inter-branch games. We have loads of extra-curricular stuff (perhaps too much). So you have to choose which ones you do as it can be distracting otherwise.

Just be yourself and be open to constant learning. Also, make sure you know what you can do and what you want to do as the managers like focus and plan.
