Supporting users with issues and triarging cases and passing them over to the correct people. Password resets, installing software, creating/deleting user accounts, managing email addresses and email groups. Managing internal software such as Kerridge.
I have learned loads of new skills when it comes to IT from working here such as certain settings and options inside of Windows, new software that I never had seen before.
I enjoy my program to the full extent.
My programme is well structured as I have a clear path of what I need to be doing and when it needs to be done by. For example my maths work or course work.
I receive as much support from my employer as much as they can in multiple ways, such as helping with course work, helping with maths questions, any issues I have.
I receive a decent ammount of support from my training provider, alrhough it does seem to be occasional support.
It helps me peform better in my role and my knowledge about basic IT and infastructure terms has expanded making me seem more proffenssional in the things that I do as I know what its about.
