My day-to-day job roles haven't changed much since I started at Motus just a general tidy round putting stock away and sorting shelves taking stock checks. Taking bins out, sweeping floors. I will soon be moving from Huddersfield Depot to Barnsley, and I will be progressing into a parts advisory role starting with back counter and dealing with workshop jobs.
more of an insight of truck layout and how to identify certain parts. banding pallets. customer service. driving a van.
Its ok i enjoy certain things learning new things and doing certain jobs.
Not at all. my training provider skillnet aren't very organized with our trips to Haddenham ive been stranded in Coventry and different train stations in the past spending my own money on expensive taxis to the hotel to make sure i make the training on time. with regards to work its not been structured ive been told im moving on from back of house since September 2023 its now coming into May 2024. it just seems to be up and down with when ill be moving onto my next step i.e learning the parts side of things.
i recieve a lot of support from both mentor and employer.
Not really much dont know whats going on really.
i havent been able to put my training into action yet due to being in back of house all day.
