I really enjoy it.
Very well structured. - I know the duration of my programme and what to do to successfully complete my programme.
My employer is open to help with any issues or problems I face both in University and work.
I have a dedicated lesson to help with working towards my ICE qualififcation. University also have lessons for extra support.
Not all what I learn is applied in the workplace however there are subjects that the training provider provides which has helped me in the workplace through as it has given me a greater understanding of particular topics.
There are various social activities that take place within the workplace.
