  • I have a dedicated lesson to help with working towards my ICE qualififcation. University also have lessons for extra support.

  • Not all what I learn is applied in the workplace however there are subjects that the training provider provides which has helped me in the workplace through as it has given me a greater understanding of particular topics.

  • There are various social activities that take place within the workplace.

  • - friendly working environment. - great to work on 'big' projects. Arcadis supports its employees i.e working equipment
