I am the Business Manager of Cape Hill McDonald’s (578). Business manager oversees all operations and functionality of the store and its runnings.

Very much. I would like to progress further and earn a higher salary as I am now approaching the end of my course. But the journey has been brilliant and I have learnt a lot along the way.
Afia, Kim and Jimoh involved in my course have been the foundation of my support and the university are very understanding and supporting when we visit.
A lot. University support is good, but it’s mainly when I’m there or in a meeting monthly. Coaches including Kim afia and Jimoh have been very supporting through the job role.
