Aswell as developing myself i also gained the confidence and experience to start the new role as Trainee Operational Trainer. I also Learnt how to fully understand dynamics of people.
i enjoy learning in every aspect and love to intake new information, this course gave me great opportunity to develop myself further.
my program was very organised however 3/4 way through they did change my trainer but i quickly adapted to this trainer and continue in my learning.
My Support network was great from my home management team to my TCM Carmina who also gave great support, in the mix of everything i was up for a company award too.
She was helpful and whenever i had any questions i could approach her. however i mostly went to the management team at Briardene who were always helpful.
The Team Leader course has helped me understand staff and organise myself aswell as have the ability to plan for the future.
they are lots of events i can be involved in plus new learning available.

Barchester are an excellent company to work for and i would always advised potential new people to join us for a professional team of care givers.
be open and honest, when you wish to do more for yourself they are great ladders that staff can climb. showing ambition and working hard will lead to positive growth.
