I work as the admin side of sales and help things like quote, orders, missing products and assisting the sales team in making GP
I have learnt a lot to do with tech as well as how to adapt to a professional environment
There is pros and cons to the apprenticeship, the main Pro would be t learning about the job as I have learnt LOADS, the con would definitely be the money unfortunately
Very good I think personally
The apprentice time per week could be a little bit more consistent/ prioritised, everything else is good.
Firebrand have been a little bit inconsistent with information provide and planning with Projects, overall the support as been provided
Just the knowledge I know have and can apply daily in my role is very useful
I attend the team night outs and looking to join a fun club as part of my KPI
Yes
Softcat has a very good culture and provided many benefits to employees, there for I would have no problem recommending Softcat to a friend.
I would offer myself as a beam for support, assisting with problems or questions also help them network with people around the office.
